SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING INFORMATION

  1. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. CST will be processed the following day.
  2. Standard delivery takes approximately 2 to 5 business days for delivery depending on the day of the week the order is placed. If the order is placed on Wednesday or later it may not ship until the following Monday.
  3. We do not ship outside the continental United States.
  4. Please give complete addresses, including apartment or lot/space numbers. If you provide us with an incorrect address, there will be an additional $19.00 address correction fee from U.P.S. that you will be responsible for.
  5. Orders will be shipped UPS Ground. Please provide a physical address, as UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  6. During the summer months, we cannot ship cheese, we only ship non-perishable products.
  7. We are only able to ship to one address per order. If you are shipping to more than one address, you will need to place a new order each time.

RETURN POLICY

We have 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your order, you will receive a complete refund or replacement on any unsatisfactory purchase, which is returned to us within 7 days from receiving the products. Note: There are no refunds on shipping charges.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. Orders can also be placed by phone or sent by mail, fax or e-mail. We do not ship COD orders.
